These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the FlexTour Mobile application and related FlexTour services (the "Service") provided by FLEX TURİZM TİCARET VE SEYAHAT ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Flex Travel"). By accepting these Terms when creating an account or by using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
FlexTour Mobile is a business app for tour guides and tour leaders working with Flex Travel. It lets you view assigned tours and schedules, record expenses and advances together with receipt photos, record currency exchanges and sales, answer surveys, message the Flex Travel office and receive notifications. The Service is free of charge; there are no in-app purchases or payments.
The Service may only be used by persons aged 18 or over who work with Flex Travel.
Accounts are created by Flex Travel, or opened after Flex Travel approves a registration request submitted in the App. Flex Travel reserves the right not to approve a request.
You are responsible for keeping the information you provide accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and not letting others use your account. If you notice unauthorized use, you must notify Flex Travel immediately.
When using the Service you agree not to:
Enter false expense, advance or sales records, or upload fake or altered documents,
Use another person's account or impersonate anyone,
Use messaging for insulting, harassing, threatening, discriminatory or unlawful content,
Upload personal data that does not belong in the App (e.g. identity details of tour participants) without need,
Attempt to bypass security, access unauthorized data, copy or reverse-engineer the software, or disrupt the Service.
The expense, advance and sales records you enter and the documents you upload form part of Flex Travel's tour accounting and statutory records. Once approved, these records can only be changed through processes defined by Flex Travel and are retained for the statutory retention periods.
All rights in the App, its software, design and content belong to their respective owners. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on your own devices for the term of these Terms and solely within the scope of your working relationship with Flex Travel.
Flex Travel makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service running without interruption or errors; however, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, internet connectivity or third-party infrastructure. Flex Travel may change the features of the Service with prior notice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flex Travel is not liable for damages arising from incorrect or incomplete data entered by the user, from the user sharing account credentials with third parties, or from the user's device. This does not limit Flex Travel's liability for intent or gross negligence.
Flex Travel may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or if your working relationship with Flex Travel ends. You may delete your account at any time in the App (Account > Delete my account) or by following the instructions at https://flextravel.com.tr/en/account-deletion.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (https://flextravel.com.tr/en/privacy-policy) and the Personal Data Notice (https://flextravel.com.tr/en/personal-data-notice).
These Terms are between you and Flex Travel only. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the App, its maintenance, support or content. When you download the App from the App Store or Google Play, the usage rules of the respective store also apply.
Flex Travel may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page and significant changes are announced in the App. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes; statutory rights of users who qualify as consumers are reserved.
